The apartment

A 50 m² open-plan studio on the first floor, with lift, for up to 4 guests.

Layout

Sleeping area: double bed, screened from the rest of the room by an open bookcase; wardrobe.
Living area: sofa bed for 2, dining table and chairs, smart TV, desk.
Kitchenette: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and tableware.
Bathroom: walk-in shower, bidet, hair dryer; bathroom lobby with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Small inner terrace with a bistro table and stools.

Wooden floors throughout. Windows on two sides, onto Via San Giorgio and onto the inner terrace. The floor is reached by lift; there is 1 step between the street and the lift.

Beds

1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2: 4 sleeping places in total. A cot for babies up to 1 year old is available free of charge on request. Extra beds are not available.
